Meat Pot Pie

  1. Season steak with salt and pepper.
  2. Dredge steak in flour. Brown steak in melted butter in 10-inch skillet.
  3. Add celery, mushrooms, onion and water.
  4. Cover and simmer 1 1/2 hours or until tender.
  5. Add carrots, peas and browning for gravy.
  6. Pour into 12 x 8 x 2-inch (2-quart) baking pan.
  7. Sprinkle with parsley.
  8. Put potatoes on top.
  9. Sprinkle with paprika.
  10. Bake in 425u0b0 oven for 20 minutes, until hot.
  11. Makes 4 to 6 servings.
