Snozzberry Pie
- 2 whole Unbaked Pie Crusts
- 2 cups Raspberries
- 1 cup Blackberries
- 1 cup Halved Strawberries
- 1/2 teaspoons Cinnamon
- 3 Tablespoons Flour
- 3/4 cups Sugar, Plus Extra To Sprinkle On Top Crust
- 1 Tablespoon Fresh Lemon Juice
- 2 Tablespoons Butter
- Roll out 1 crust of your pie dough and place it in a greased pie tin.Pierce dough with a fork to prevent air bubbles.
- Combine berries, cinnamon, flour, sugar, and lemon juice. Pour berry mixture into pie crust. Top with 6 small pats of butter (about 2 tablespoons).
- Gently cover with the second pie crust and press edges of dough together. Make a few slits in the center of the pie with a knife. Sprinkle the top of the pie with a few pinches of sugar.
- Bake at 375u0b0F for 25 minutes or until golden brown. Let cool for at least 20 minutes.
