Lasagna
- 4 lb. ground beef
- onions
- salt and pepper
- 2 envelopes spaghetti sauce seasoning
- mushrooms
- oregano
- 1 bottle ketchup
- celery, cut up
- spaghetti
- 4 (12 oz.) cans tomato paste
- canned tomatoes (big)
- water
- thyme
- rosemary
- oregano
- garlic
- cottage cheese
- 2 beaten eggs
- pineapple, crushed
- ground hot pepper
- Brown ground beef with onions, mushrooms, salt and pepper. Add 2 envelopes spaghetti sauce seasoning.
- Add oregano, bottle of ketchup, celery, tomato paste, canned tomatoes, thyme, rosemary and garlic.
- Add water.
- Cook down approximately 2 hours on low heat uncovered.
- Stir often.
