Banana Toasted Fluffies
- 2 sticks Unsalted Butter, Softened
- 1 cup White Granulated Sugar
- 3/4 cups Packed Brown Sugar
- 2 whole Eggs
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla
- 1 whole Large Banana, Peeled And Mashed
- 4 cups All-purpose Flour
- 1 teaspoon Baking Powder
- 1/2 teaspoons Salt
- 2 cups Peanut Butter Chips
- 1 jar Marshmallow Creme (7 1/2 Ounces Size) Or Half Of A 10 Ounce Bag Of Marshmallows
- In a large bowl using a mixer, beat butter and sugars together until light and fluffy. Add eggs and vanilla, and beat until combined. Add mashed banana and mix it in. Set aside.
- In a separate bowl, combine flour, baking powder and salt. Gradually add flour mixture into the butter/sugar mixture and mix until just combined. Stir in peanut butter chips.
- Set your broiler to high. On a parchment paper lined baking sheet pour out Marshmallow Cream or marshmallows. Broil until it turns golden brown, about 3 minutes (make sure you watch it!) Remove from oven and gently mix it into your cookie dough. Refrigerate dough for 30 minutes.
- Preheat your oven to 350 F. After dough has chilled, spoon out 1 inch round dough rounds and place on a lined cookie sheet about 2 inches apart. Bake for 12-14 minutes. Consume with a large glass of milk!
