Rich & Meaty Chili

  1. Brown ground beef with onion; drain grease. Place in a Dutch oven, or other large stockpot. Stir in all remaining ingredients. Bring to a boil. Keep the pot uncovered and reduce heat and simmer for 50 minutes. Cover and simmer for 10 minutes longer. Remove bay leaf and serve.
