Macaroni Pizza
- 1 (7 oz.) pkg. elbow macaroni
- 1/2 c. milk
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 1/2 c. spaghetti sauce
- 1 (10 oz.) can Ro-Tel tomatoes and chilies, diced and drained
- 1 (5 oz.) stick pepperoni, sliced
- 1 small bell pepper, chopped
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 1 c. drained sliced mushrooms
- 1 c. sliced ripe olives
- 1 tsp. Italian seasoning
- 2 to 3 cups grated Mozzarella cheese
- Prepare macaroni according to package directions; drain.
- In bowl beat egg, milk and salt.
- Add macaroni, mix well.
- Spread evenly in greased 10 x 15-inch baking sheet.
- Combine Ro-Tel with spaghetti sauce and spoon over macaroni mixture.
- Top evenly with other ingredients, ending with cheese.
- Bake at 350u0b0 for about 30 minutes.
- Let stand for 5 minutes before cutting.
