Turkey And Sausage Jambalaya

  1. In 1/2 stick margarine, cook turkey and sausage until done. Set aside.
  2. In large stock pot cook in 2 sticks margarine and saute vegetables until clear.
  3. Add tomatoes, Tabasco sauce, seasonings and chicken stock.
  4. Bring to boil.
  5. Add rice and bring back to a boil.
  6. Reduce heat and simmer over low heat 15 minutes or until most of liquid is gone.
  7. Serve with your favorite cornbread and collard greens.
