Chewy Chocolate Chip Oatmeal Cookies
- 1/2 c. butter or margarine, melted (1 stick)
- 1/2 c. Hershey's cocoa
- 1 (14 oz.) can sweetened condensed milk
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 2 tsp. vanilla extract
- 1 1/2 c. quick cooking rolled oats
- 1 c. all-purpose biscuit baking mix
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1 2/3 c. Hershey's vanilla milk chips (10 oz. pkg.)
- 1 2/3 c. Reese's peanut butter chips (10 oz. pkg.)
- Heat oven to 350u0b0.
- Lightly grease cookie sheet.
- In large bowl, stir together butter and cocoa until mixture is smooth. Stir in sweetened condensed milk, eggs, vanilla extract, oats, baking mix, salt, vanilla milk chips and peanut butter chips until well blended.
- Let batter rest 10 minutes; drop by heaping teaspoonfuls onto prepared cookie sheet.
- Bake 7 to 9 minutes or until tops begin to dry (do not overbake).
- Cool 5 minutes; remove from cookie sheet to wire rack.
- Cool completely.
- Store in airtight container.
- Makes about 4 dozen cookies.
