Autumn Candy Bark
- 20 whole Halloween Colored Oreo Cookies
- 12 ounces, weight White Chocolate Chips
- 1 cup Candy Corn
- 2 bags Reese's Pieces (1.53 Ounce Bags)
- 1. Line a 7x11 casserole dish with wax paper.
- 2. Break Oreo cookies into quarters and in the bottom of your casserole dish, form a single sheet as the "crust." Be sure to leave some space between the cookie parts, so that the white chocolate can act as a glue to hold the pieces together.
- 3. Melt the white chocolate chips in the microwave for 40 seconds and stir until smooth. You may need to return to microwave for additional melting.
- 4. Pour melted white chocolate evenly over the Oreos.
- 5. Sprinkle candy corns and Reese's Pieces generously over the white chocolate.
- 6. Use another piece of wax paper to gently press candy pieces into the white chocolate and to push the white chocolate between the cookies pieces.
- 7. Allow to cool and harden completely before breaking into bars.
