Kahlua And Cream Chocolate Mocha Cookies
- 3/4 cups Sugar
- 3/4 cups Brown Sugar
- 3 teaspoons Espresso Powder
- 1 cup Butter, Softened
- 1 teaspoon Baking Soda
- 1/2 teaspoons Salt
- 1 Tablespoon Kahlua Liqueur
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla
- 2 whole Eggs
- 2-1/2 cups Flour
- 1/3 cups Cocoa Powder
- 1 package Hershey's Cookies And Cream Drops (9 Oz Package), Chopped
- Preheat oven to 375 F. Line 2 baking sheets with parchment paper and set aside.
- In a mixing bowl, combine sugars, espresso powder, butter, baking soda, salt, Kahlua and vanilla. Add eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition. Carefully, mix in flour, cocoa powder and chopped cookies and cream drops.
- Drop by rounded tablespoonful onto baking sheets leaving about 2 inches between each. Bake for 8-10 minutes or until cookies are set. Remove from oven and allow to cool.
