Red, White, And Blueberry Cookies
- 4 cups All-purpose Flour
- 1 teaspoon Baking Soda
- 1/2 teaspoons Baking Powder
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 2 cups Softened Butter
- 1/2 teaspoons Vanilla
- 1 cup Sugar
- 1 cup Brown Sugar
- 2 Eggs
- 12 ounces, weight White Chocolate Chunks, Chopped
- 12 ounces, weight Dried Blueberries
- 12 ounces, weight Dried Cranberries
- 1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
- 2. In a large bowl, sift together flour, baking soda, baking powder, and salt. Set aside.
- 3. In another large bowl, beat the softened butter, vanilla, and both sugars until smooth.
- 4. Add one egg. Beat until that egg is completely mixed in, and then add the second egg.
- 5. Slowly add the flour mixture until completely incorporated, but not over mixed.
- 6. Mix in the white chocolate, dried blueberries, and dried cranberries until evenly mixed.
- 7. Separate dough into 1-inch balls and place the dough balls on an ungreased cookie sheet.
- 8. Bake about 10-12 minutes.
