Cinnamon Chip Blondies
- 2-1/3 cups All-purpose Flour
- 2 teaspoons Baking Powder
- 1 teaspoon Kosher Salt
- 2 teaspoons Cinnamon, Divided
- 1 cup Unsalted Butter
- 2 cups Dark Brown Sugar
- 2 Eggs
- 1 Tablespoon Vanilla
- 10 ounces, weight Cinnamon Chips
- 2 Tablespoons Sugar
- Preheat the oven to 350u0b0F.
- Stir together the flour, baking powder, salt and 1 teaspoon of cinnamon together in a medium bowl.
- Beat the butter and brown sugar until smooth. Beat in the eggs one at a time until smooth and creamy. Add the vanilla and mix well. Add the flour mixture gradually, beating constantly. Stir in the cinnamon chips.
- Spread the batter evenly in a lightly greased 9 x 13 baking pan. Mix the sugar and remaining 1 teaspoon of cinnamon in a small bowl. Sprinkle evenly over the batter.
- Bake for 25 to 30 minutes. Cool slightly. Cut with a sharp knife into bars while still warm.
