Fat-Free Muffins

  1. Mix together oatmeal, bran, baking powder, cinnamon and sweetener with a fork.

  9. Mix until moist.
  10. Add remaining ingredients and mix with a fork or spoon.
  11. Spoon into muffintan

  16. with Baker's paper cup liners.
  17. Bake at 425u0b0 for 20 minutes.
  18. Store in tightly covered container
  19. in
  20. freezer or refrigerator.
  21. No cholesterol, no fat and
  22. low
  23. in calories!tields 12 muffins. Doesn't rise.
