Microwave Beef Stroganoff

  1. Cook onion and garlic in butter in a large microwavable bowl for 2 minutes on High.
  2. Boil water and add the bouillon cubes, set aside.
  3. Cut sirloin into strips.
  4. Place in plastic bag.
  5. Add flour, shake and coat meat.
  6. Add coated meat to onion and garlic. Add bouillon.
  7. Add catsup and Worcestershire sauce.
  8. Mix well. Cover with plastic wrap.
  9. Microwave 5 minutes on High.
  10. Mix. Microwave 8 minutes on Medium-high; mix.
  11. Microwave another 8 minutes on Medium-high.
  12. Serve over cooked noodles.
  13. Add sour cream to top, if desired.
  14. Easy, quick and delicious.
