Raspberry Truffle Brownies
- FOR THE BROWNIES:
- 1 package (18 To 21 Oz. Package) Brownie Mix
- Additional Required Ingredients Specified In Mix Package (typically Water, Eggs And Oil)
- 1 cup Semisweet Chocolate Chips
- 1 package (8 Oz. Package) Cream Cheese
- 1/4 cups Powdered Sugar
- 1/4 teaspoons Almond Extract
- 1/3 cups Seedless Raspberry Jam
- Raspberries, For Garnish

- FOR THE GLAZE:
- 1/4 cups Semisweet Chocolate Chips
- 1 teaspoon Shortening
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees and grease a 9x13 pan with cooking spray.
- Prepare brownie mix (you'll typically need water, eggs, and oil, as directed in mix package). Bake brownies according to package directions. Let cool.
- Melt the semi-sweet chocolate chips and let cool slightly.
- In a mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese until fluffy; add the powdered sugar, almond extract, and raspberry jam. Mix well. Stir in the melted chocolate and mix until combined.
- Spread the filling evenly over the cooled brownies.
- For the glaze, melt the chocolate chips and shortening in the microwave; mix well.
- Drizzle the glaze over the brownies with a fork. Chill the brownies before serving. Garnish with a fresh raspberry on top of each slice.
