Easy Breezy Pizza Soup

  1. Spray a large pot with cooking spray and turn the stove to medium heat. Cook your ground meat and make sure it separates into smaller pieces as you cook it (think like taco meat).
  2. When meat is nicely browned, drain off the excess grease. Add soup, pizza sauce and water into your pot (the easiest thing to do is to pour in the jar of pizza sauce, then fill the jar up with water-no measuring cup needed!). Stir well.
  3. Cut your pepperoni slices into halves or quarters (I halve 20 and quarter 20, just for some variety) and add to the pot.
  4. Shake in a few drops of Tabasco sauce, add salt and pepper and stir. Turn heat to medium. Cover and cook for 15-20 minutes.
  5. Serve and top with shredded mozzarella.
  6. (Also, my fiance won't let me make this unless I have some sort of crusty bread around for dipping!)
