Ranch Stew

  1. In a large Dutch oven over medium heat, brown meat with onion and bell pepper then drain off fat. Return meat mixture to pot and add all of the other ingredients and seasonings, mix well. Allow to simmer for 30 minutes on low heat, stirring often. Serve with hot cornbread or biscuits if you wish!
