Quinoa, Pomegranate And Spinach Salad

  1. In a medium bowl place spinach leaves, then top with quinoa, pomegranate, onions, apple and blue cheese. Add candied (or toasted) pecans (optional).
  2. Whisk olive oil, vinegar, balsamic, Italian seasoning, syrup, salt and pepper in a bowl to blend well. Drizzle dressing over salad and serve.
