Breakfast Cobbler
- 1 cup Sliced Peaches Or Fruit Of Choice
- 2 Tablespoons Agave Nectar, Divided
- 1/2 Tablespoons Lemon Juice
- 1/4 cups Homemade Or Store Bought Granola
- 1/3 cups Partially Frozen Vanilla Greek Yogurt
- 1. Preheat oven to 350 F.
- 2. Slice peaches or fruit of choice and toss them in a small bowl with 1 tablespoon of agave nectar and 1/2 tablespoon lemon juice.
- 3. Pour into a small oven safe dish, cover the dish with a sheet of foil and bake covered for 10 minutes. Remove it from the oven and remove the foil. Top with 1/4 cup homemade or store bought granola and then bake for an additional 5 minutes. Remove dish from the oven.
- 4. Allow your cobbler to cool for 3-5 minutes and then top it with a scoop of partially frozen vanilla Greek yogurt and a drizzle (remaining tablespoon) of agave nectar.
- 5. Enjoy!
