Christmas Chocolate Crunch Blondies

  1. Preheat oven to 350 F. Line a 9x13 inch Pyrex baking dish with parchment paper allowing two ends of the paper to hang over the ends of the dish (you'll use the paper as a handle to remove the finished product from the dish).
  2. In a small bowl combine the butter, eggs, vanilla and milk. Set aside.
  3. In a large bowl or the bowl of a stand mixer add the flour, brown sugar, walnuts, baking powder, salt and coconut. Mix to combine. Add the wet ingredients and mix until just combined. Add 2 cups of the holiday chocolate chips, or 1/2 cups of holiday M&M's and 1 1/2 cups chocolate chips. Pour the batter into the prepared Pyrex dish. Chop the remaining chips or candies and sprinkle on top of the blondies.
  4. Bake for 30-35 minutes. Remove from oven and allow to cool for 30 minutes before removing from the pan and cutting.
