Easy Ham And Cheese Quiche

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees (F).
  2. Let the rolled pie crust sit on the counter for 15 minutes. Once room temp unroll it and put in a deep dish pie pan.
  3. Mix the cheese and flour together and place in bottom of pie. Top with the meat.
  4. In a bowl combine the rest of the ingredients whisk until blended well. Pour on top of the meat.
  5. Bake for 60 minutes at 400 degrees. Then, remove from the oven and let it sit on counter until cooled and enjoy!
  6. You can use any kind of cheese and meat that you like...if you would like to add vegetables you can do that too. The base recipe really makes a delicious moist quiche that requires no cream. The secret is the cottage cheese and you won't even know it's in there!!!
