Chai Spiced Cinnamon Chip Blondies
- 2-2/3 cups All-purpose Flour
- 2 teaspoons Baking Powder
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1-1/2 teaspoon Cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoons Nutmeg
- 1/2 teaspoons Ground Ginger
- 1/2 teaspoons Ground Cloves
- 1/2 teaspoons Ground Coriander
- 1/2 teaspoons Ground Cardamom
- 1 cup Unsalted Butter, At Room Temperature
- 2 cups Packed Brown Sugar
- 2 whole Eggs
- 1 Tablespoon Pure Vanilla Extract
- 2 cups Hersheys Cinnamon Chips
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Line a 9x13" pan with foil and/or grease pan.
- In a medium bowl, combine flour, baking powder, salt, cinnamon, nutmeg, ginger, cloves, coriander, and cardamom. Set aside.
- In a bowl with an electric mixer, beat butter and sugar until creamy, about 3 minutes. Add eggs and beat until well combined. Add vanilla and combine.
- Add dry mixture and mix until combined. Then, stir in cinnamon chips.
- Pour the batter into the prepared pan. Bake 25-30 minutes in the prepared pan. They will be done when the top is golden brown and it springs back when gently touching the surface. Cool before cutting.
