Sirloin With New Orleans Butter Sauce

  1. Dry the meat
  2. with
  3. a paper towel.
  4. Spread 1 tablespoon butter on both sides.
  5. Place in dish.
  6. Microwave on High for 1 minute. Turn meat over.
  7. Microwave
  8. on
  9. High
  10. 1
  11. to 2 minutes longer depending
  12. on doneness desired (3 minutes for rare or 6 minutes for
  13. well done).
  14. Remove meat onto cutting board.
  15. Add remaining butter,
  16. lemon juice, parsley and Worcestershire to the pan, stirring.
  17. Microwave
  18. at High for 1 minute.
  19. Stir up juices from the dish.
  20. Pour over steak.
  21. Garnish with chopped parsley, if desired.
  22. Cut into thin slices to serve.
  23. Makes 4 servings.
