Banana And Cream Cheese Filled French Toast Waffles! Whoa.
- FOR THE FILLING:
- 1/2 cups Banana
- 6 Tablespoons Cream Cheese
- 1 pinch Cinnamon
- 3 Tablespoons Powdered Sugar
- 1 dash Orange Extract Or Pure Vanilla Extract

- FOR THE FRENCH TOAST:
- 4 whole Eggs
- 3/4 cups Milk
- 2 Tablespoons Sugar
- 1/4 teaspoons Orange Extract
- 1/4 teaspoons Cinnamon
- 1 pinch Salt
- 8 slices Stale Whole Wheat Bread
- Heat your waffle iron on medium.
- Put all ingredients for the filling in a blender and blend, baby! Pulse for about 5-10 seconds. You don't want it too thin!
- Now put that in the fridge and start your French toast batter.
- Add all the ingredients for the French toast batter EXCEPT the bread. Stir up nice and gently.
- Now, get that filling mixture out of the fridge and slab some of it on the bread and make a sandwich. Resist the temptation to eat it right then and there and keep making sandwiches.
- Dip a sandwich one at a time into the batter, then place in the waffle iron.
- Cook until waffles/toasts are all cooked.
