Chocolate Hazelnut Surprise Cookies
- 1/2 cups Unsalted Butter, Softened
- 1/2 cups Creamy Peanut Butter
- 1/2 cups Sugar
- 1/2 cups Brown Sugar
- 1 whole Egg
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla
- 1/2 teaspoons Salt
- 1 teaspoon Baking Soda
- 1-3/4 cup Flour
- 1/4 cups Sugar
- 1/2 teaspoons Cinnamon
- 1/2 cups Nutella
- 1/2 cups Powdered Sugar
- Preheat oven to 375F.
- In a large mixing bowl cream together the butter, peanut butter and 1/2 cups of sugar and brown sugar.
- Add egg and vanilla and mix on low speed until combined.
- In a separate bowl combine salt, baking soda and flour and then slowly add to the large mixing bowl. Continue to mix until just combined.
- In a small bowl combine 1/4 cup sugar and the cinnamon. Set aside.
- In another small bowl, stir nutella and powdered sugar together until completely blended.
- Shape the dough mixture into 24 balls, about 1 inch each.
- Flatten the dough balls in your hand and place a Nutella mixture ball in the middle. Wrap the dough around the ball and then roll in cinnamon sugar.
- Place on baking sheet and bake at 375F for 8 minutes.
