- 1 1/2 lb. ground beef
- 2 onions, chopped
- 1 bell pepper, chopped
- 1 clove garlic
- 3/4 c. celery, chopped
- 2 Tbsp. chili powder
- 1 small can tomato paste
- 1 small can tomatoes
- 1 can mushroom soup
- 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire
- 1 can whole kernel corn
- 1 can sweet peas
- 1 pkg. long spaghetti
- 1/2 lb. grated cheese
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. pepper
- Brown meat, add onion, pepper, celery, garlic, chili powder, tomato paste, tomatoes, soup and Worcestershire sauce.
- Cook 1 hour, covered.
- Add corn and peas; cook 15 minutes more.
- Cook and drain spaghetti.
- In oblong pan, spread 1/2 spaghetti, 1/2 meat, 1/2 cheese; repeat.
- Bake 20 minutes at 350u0b0.
