Apple Pancakes
- 1 cup Apple, Sliced, Cored And Diced
- 2 cups Bisquick
- 1 cup Milk
- 1 whole Egg
- 1/4 cups Applesauce (unsweetened)
- 1/2 teaspoons Vanilla
- 1 teaspoon Cinnamon
- 1 dash Ground Cloves
- 1 dash Nutmeg
- Peel and core the apple, slice and dice into bite size pieces; set aside. The 1 cup measurement is a starting point for you. You can add as much or as little as you want. But I do have to tell you, if the batter is filled with apple pieces, it's that much more delicious!
- Mix remaining ingredients gently, some lumps are okay. Fold in apples.
- Heat your pan on medium heat, grease the pan with either spray oil or a light coating of vegetable oil (just enough to coat the pan). Carefully ladle the apple pancake batter mix into the pan; when the cakes start to bubble, they are ready to flip and cook on the other side. Please be careful not to burn them!
- Serve with your favorite syrup, powdered sugar, or do what I do and smother them in butter and add a sprinkle of sugar.
