No Cholesterol Pound Cake

  1. Preheat oven to 350u0b0.
  2. Lightly grease and flour tube or Bundt pan.
  3. Mix margarine, sugar, Egg Beaters and flavoring in large bowl.
  4. Mix 1 minute on low speed, then 5 minutes on high speed, scraping bowl several times.
  5. Mix flour and baking powder together.
  6. While beating at low speed, mix flour and milk alternately into sugar mixture, scraping sides of bowl frequently. Pour in pan and bake about 1 hour and 15 minutes (check with straw for doneness after 1 hour).
  7. Cool in pan 25 minutes; remove to plate.
