Potato Salad For Large Crowd(30 People Or More)

  1. Cook potatoes; cool, peel and chop.
  2. Add eggs, bell peppers, onions, pimento, celery and pickles.
  3. Make sauce by mixing well the pickle juice, mustard and 3 tablespoons mayonnaise.
  4. Add about 1 quart mayonnaise, salt and pepper to the sauce.
  5. When potato mixture is cold, add sauce all at one time to mixture.
