Mini S’Mores Pie

  1. Combine chocolate pudding mix with milk according to package directions. Using a whisk, I stirred mine until it was nice and thick, which took 2 minutes. Love that instant pudding!
  2. Spoon pudding into pie crust shells. (You'll have some left over; sorry, you'll just have to eat chocolate pudding. It's a hard job, but somebody's got to do it!) Top with as many marshmallows as you want or can fit, whichever comes first.
  3. Place pies under a broiler set at 500u0b0F for about 5 minutes. Warning: Do not walk away! These little guys will go from roasted to toasted in the blink of an eye so be careful. You've been warned.
  4. Eat them! They're delicious!
