Mini S’Mores Pie
- 1 box (4-serving Size) Instant Chocolate Pudding Mix
- 2 cups Milk
- 4 Mini Graham Cracker Crust Pie Shells
- 1/2 bags (10 Oz. Size) Mini Marshmallows (approximately)
- Combine chocolate pudding mix with milk according to package directions. Using a whisk, I stirred mine until it was nice and thick, which took 2 minutes. Love that instant pudding!
- Spoon pudding into pie crust shells. (You'll have some left over; sorry, you'll just have to eat chocolate pudding. It's a hard job, but somebody's got to do it!) Top with as many marshmallows as you want or can fit, whichever comes first.
- Place pies under a broiler set at 500u0b0F for about 5 minutes. Warning: Do not walk away! These little guys will go from roasted to toasted in the blink of an eye so be careful. You've been warned.
- Eat them! They're delicious!
