Mini Apple Monkey Bread
- 1 cup Butter, Melted
- 1 cup Brown Sugar
- 2 cans (15 Oz. Size) Refrigerated Biscuits
- 1 whole Large Apple
- 2/3 cups Sugar
- 3 teaspoons Cinnamon
- Preheat oven to 350u0b0F. Spray two 12-count muffin tins with cooking spray.
- Mix melted butter and brown sugar in a small bowl. Spoon 1 tablespoon of this mixture into each muffin cup.
- Cut each biscuit into quarters. Peel and core the apple. Cut it into small pieces.
- Combine biscuit pieces, apple pieces, sugar and cinnamon in a large plastic bag. Shake to coat biscuit pieces and apples with cinnamon sugar. Evenly divide this mixture between the 24 muffin tins.
- Bake for about 15 minutes or until biscuits have browned. Let cool for a couple of minutes. Turn muffin tin upside down onto parchment paper to remove mini monkey breads.
