Lasagna With Zucchini

  1. Cook lasagna noodles as directed. Drain.
  2. Brown sausage and rinse with water to remove excess fat. Mix eggs and Ricotta cheese. Spread 2 cups of spaghetti sauce over bottom of 11 x 16 x 2-inch lasagna pan. Top with layer of noodles. Layer zucchini slices over noodles and cover with 2 cups spaghetti sauce.
  3. Place layer of noodles over sauce and top with Ricotta cheese mixture and half of Parmesan and Mozzarella cheeses.
  4. Place a layer of noodles over Ricotta cheese.
  5. Top with sausage and 2 cups of spaghetti sauce.
  6. Top with remaining noodles and remaining Parmesan and Mozzarella cheeses.
  7. Bake at 350u0b0 for 1 hour.
