Chewy Cranberry Cookies

  1. Cream sugar and margarine, beating at medium speed of an electric mixer until well blended.
  2. Add apple juice concentrate, egg whites and vanilla; beat well.
  3. Combine flour and next 4 ingredients; gradually add to creamed mixture, beating at slow speed to form a soft dough.
  4. Stir in cranberries and walnuts. Drop dough by level tablespoonfuls onto cookie sheets coated with cooking spray.
  5. Bake at 350u0b0 for 14 minutes or until lightly browned.
  6. Yield: 4 dozen cookies.
