4-Ingredient Nutella Cookies
- 1 cup Nutella
- 1 Egg
- 1/2 cups Plus 2 Tablespoons Flour
- Sea Salt
- Preheat the oven to 350u0b0F (180u0b0C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a medium bowl, combine Nutella, egg and flour together with an electric mixer until the dough holds together. Place the bowl of dough in the freezer for 10 minutes.
- Once the dough has been chilled, scoop out 1-inch size balls of dough and place them at least 1 inch apart on the baking sheet. Sprinkle each ball with a tiny bit of sea salt. Place the tray of unbaked cookies back in the freezer for another 2 minutes.
- Bake the cookies for 9-10 minutes (take them out earlier if you like a fudgier cookie). Take out, let cool for 5 minutes, then transfer the cookies to a wire rack. Enjoy!
