Veal Or Chicken Pot Pie

  1. Peel potatoes and onions.
  2. Cut celery into desired size and chop parsley.
  3. Dissolve bouillon cubes in boiling water and add to gravy.
  4. Combine all ingredients and bake in a covered casserole for 1 hour in a moderate 350u0b0 oven.
  5. Remove from oven and cover with pastry or biscuit crust.
  6. Bake in a hot oven at 450u0b0 until browned.
  7. Serves 4.
