Cream Cheese Banana Bread
- FOR THE BANANA BREAD:
- 3/4 cups Butter
- 8 ounces, weight Cream Cheese (can Use Low Fat To Lessen Guilt)
- 2 cups Sugar
- 3 cups Flour
- 1/2 teaspoons Baking Powder
- 1/2 teaspoons Baking Soda
- 1/2 teaspoons Salt
- 1/2 teaspoons Vanilla
- 1-1/2 cup Mashed Bananas

- FOR THE TOPPING:
- 1 Tablespoon Flour
- 1/2 teaspoons Cinnamon
- 1 Tablespoon Butter
- 1/2 cups Brown Sugar
- Mix together the bread ingredients. You know the drill: cream butter, cheese and sugar. Add dry ingredients after. Divide into two greased bread pans.
- For the topping, mix the flour, cinnamon, butter, and brown sugar in a separate bowl till crumbly. Add on top of batter. Bake at 350F for 50-60 minutes.
