Cake Truffles
- 1 box (18.25 Ounce Box) Cake Mix: I Will Demo With A Yellow Cake Mix
- 1-1/4 cup Water
- 1/3 cups Oil
- 3 whole Eggs
- 1 container (12 Ounce Box) Store Bought Frosting: Any Flavor
- 1 package (24 Ounce Box) White Or Chocolate Almond Bark
- Prepare and bake cake as directed on box (using the amounts of the required additional ingredients specified on the box - I've listed the water, eggs and oil that my mix required on the above list).
- Let cool completely. Then in a large bowl break up the whole cake. Yup I am telling you to play with your food!
- Then open the frosting container and dump in with the cake. Stir the mixture or you can put on a pair of gloves and mix it with your hands. Make sure that the frosting and cake is evenly mixed.
- Using a cookie scoop make "balls" out of the cake. Set on a plate and then place in freezer to set up. (about 15-20 minutes)
- While they are setting up, melt almond bark in the microwave according to package directions.
- When cake balls are set up, dip each one into the melted almond bark. Keep in air tight container and store in fridge.
