Hidden Kisses
- 4 sticks Salted Butter, Softened
- 1 cup Granulated Sugar
- 2 teaspoons Vanilla Extract
- 3-1/2 cups All-purpose Flour
- 2-1/2 cups Chopped Walnuts
- 70 pieces Hershey Kisses, Unwrapped
- Confectioners Sugar, To Sprinkle On Top
- Beat butter, granulated sugar and vanilla in a large bowl until fluffy. Add flour and walnuts and mix until well blended. Chill dough in the refrigerator for about an hour.
- Preheat oven to 350F. Using about 1 tablespoon of dough for each cookie, shape dough around each chocolate kiss. Roll in your hand to make a ball and place on an ungreased cookie sheet.
- Bake 10-12 minutes or until cookies are set but not browned on top. Cool slightly before removing from the cookie sheet and placing on a wire rack. When completely cooled, sprinkle generously with confectioners sugar.
