Pretzel Crust Strawberry Pie

  1. Preheat oven to 350u0b0F.
  2. Prepare pie crust by mixing pretzels and vanilla wafers with melted butter. Press into a pie pan. Bake in preheated oven for 12 minutes and allow to cool.
  3. Cut the stems off strawberries and place stem side down on the cooled pie crust.
  4. In a small pot, stir sugar and cornstarch. Add water and bring to a boil. Simmer, stirring constantly, until thickened. Remove from heat, add gelatin and stir until dissolved.
  5. Pour mixture over strawberries. Refrigerate until set. Decorate with whipped topping.
