Pasta And Cheese Salad(With Herbed Yogurt Dressing)
- 4 c. (8 oz.) uncooked pasta shells
- 1/2 c. mild Cheddar cheese slices, cut in 1/2 inch wide strips (1/2 of 8 oz. pkg.)
- 1/2 c. cooked green peas
- 1/2 c. sliced celery
- 1 container (8 oz.,) plain low-fat yogurt
- 1/4 c. mayonnaise
- 1 Tbsp. prepared Dijon style mustard
- 2 tsp. dill weed, crushed
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1/8 tsp. black pepper
- 1 1/2 c. (8 oz.) fresh tomatoes, cut in wedges or cherry tomatoes, halved
- Cook and drain pasta according to package directions.
- Place in a large bowl with Cheddar cheese, peas and celery.
- In a small bowl, combine yogurt, mayonnaise, mustard, dill, salt and black pepper.
- Pour over pasta mixture, stirring until evenly coated. Cover and refrigerate until ready to serve.
- Add tomatoes just before serving.
