Mixed Fruit Crisp

  1. Preheat oven to 375u0b0F.
  2. Mix together fruits, granulated sugar and cornstarch in a medium bowl. Spread fruit mixture in greased 8" x 8" baking dish.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine flour, brown sugar, oatmeal, cinnamon and nutmeg. Mix in vanilla and butter, mixing with a fork or fingertips until mixture is combined and crumbly. Spread topping evenly, without pressing down, over top of fruit.
  4. Bake for 40 minutes or until bubbly and top is browned. Serve with whipped cream, ice cream or frozen yogurt.
