Bologna Ii
- 25 lb. ground beef
- 1 1/2 lb. brown sugar
- 1 1/2 tsp. cloves
- 1 tsp. nutmeg
- 1/2 tsp. ginger
- 1 tsp. cinnamon
- 1 tsp. salt petre
- 1/4 lb. salt
- 1 Tbsp. black pepper
- 1 1/2 tsp. mace
- 1 lb. Tender Quick
- 1 1/2 lb. peas
- 1 pkg. carrots, diced
- green peppers or celery (optional)
- 1 chicken, cooked and cut up fine
- Take chicken broth and make gravy to pour over top.
- Mix chicken and
- vegetables
- together.
- Put
- half
- of mixture in greased casserole. Cover with
- 1
- 1/2 pints toasted bread crumbs. Add the rest of mixture and top
- with
- another
- 1 1/2 pints bread crumbs.
- Pour gravy over top. Be sure to have plenty gravy.
- Bake 1 hour at 350u0b0 or until done.
