Nutter Butter Chocolate Chipsters
- 2-1/4 cups All-purpose Flour
- 1 teaspoon Baking Soda
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1/2 teaspoons Cinnamon
- 1 cup Vegetable Shortening
- 3/4 cups Brown Sugar
- 3/4 cups Sugar
- 2 whole Eggs
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
- 1 cup Nestle Peanut Butter And Milk Chocolate Morsels
- 1 cup Nutter Butter Cookies, Crushed
- Preheat oven to 350.
- In a medium bowl, mix flour, baking soda, salt and cinnamon.
- In the bowl of a stand mixer (or in a large bowl with beaters), combine shortening, sugars, eggs and vanilla until incorporated.
- Slowly mix in flour mixture.
- Stir in morsels and crushed cookies.
- Drop rounded tablespoons of dough unto an ungreased cookie sheet.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes, allow to cool on pan for 2 minutes before eating.
