Maui Chicken

  1. Combine broth, white wine, sherry, sugar and cornstarch in 2 c. measure.
  2. Stir thoroughly.
  3. Cook on HI for 1 1/2-2 minutes or until sauce is clear, stirring once; set aside.
  4. Combine chicken, green and red peppers, green onions, bamboo shoots and ginger in 2 quart casserole.
  5. Cover and cook on HI for 6 minutes.
  6. Add pineapple, cashews and sauce mixture.
  7. Cover and cook on HI for 2-3 minutes or until hot.
  8. 4 servings.
  9. Total cooking time:
  10. 9 1/2-11 minutes.
