Peanut Butter Chocolate Chip Cookies

  1. Cream butter and sugars together. Beat in 1 egg at a time until well combined. Mix in peanut butter. Stir in flour, soda and salt. Add in chocolate chips.
  2. Roll dough into teaspoon-sized balls. Place on a Silpat-lined cookie sheet and press flat with a fork.
  3. Bake at 350u0b0F for 8-10 minutes.
  4. This recipe makes a lot of cookies so you can bake some and freeze some preformed dough balls to bake later. Just place the balls on a cookie sheet in the freezer. Once they are frozen, place in a zip lock bag!
