Peanut Butter Chocolate Chip Cookies
- 1 cup Butter
- 1 cup Brown Sugar
- 1 cup White Sugar
- 2 whole Eggs
- 1 cup Smooth Peanut Butter
- 3 cups Flour
- 2 teaspoons Baking Soda
- 1/4 teaspoons Salt
- 1 cup Chocolate Chips
- Cream butter and sugars together. Beat in 1 egg at a time until well combined. Mix in peanut butter. Stir in flour, soda and salt. Add in chocolate chips.
- Roll dough into teaspoon-sized balls. Place on a Silpat-lined cookie sheet and press flat with a fork.
- Bake at 350u0b0F for 8-10 minutes.
- This recipe makes a lot of cookies so you can bake some and freeze some preformed dough balls to bake later. Just place the balls on a cookie sheet in the freezer. Once they are frozen, place in a zip lock bag!
