Cranberry Cream Cheese Pull Aparts

  1. Preheat oven to 350u0b0F. Press 1 teaspoon of Craisins into each thawed roll. Place rolls in a 9x13" pan coated with cooking spray.
  2. Combine butter, half of the sugar, cream cheese and orange juice; blend well and pour over the rolls. Cover with plastic wrap and let rise until double in size.
  3. Combine remaining sugar, orange and lemon rinds, and any remaining Craisins; sprinkle over the risen rolls.
  4. Bake immediately for 25 minutes or until the center is done.
  5. Combine powdered sugar and lemon juice; drizzle over rolls.
  6. Note: My rolls will sometimes spill over my pan, making a bit of a mess in my oven. To prevent this, place a baking sheet or aluminum foil underneath to catch any spills.
