Cranberry Cream Cheese Pull Aparts
- 5 ounces, weight Craisins (Dried Cranberries)
- 24 pieces Frozen Rolls (like Rhodes), Thawed But Still Cold
- 1/4 cups Butter, Melted
- 1 cup Sugar, Divided
- 6 ounces, weight Cream Cheese, Softened
- 3 Tablespoons Fresh Orange Juice
- 1 Tablespoon Grated Orange Rind
- 1 Tablespoon Grated Lemon Rind
- 1 cup Powdered Sugar
- 5 teaspoons Fresh Lemon Juice
- Preheat oven to 350u0b0F. Press 1 teaspoon of Craisins into each thawed roll. Place rolls in a 9x13" pan coated with cooking spray.
- Combine butter, half of the sugar, cream cheese and orange juice; blend well and pour over the rolls. Cover with plastic wrap and let rise until double in size.
- Combine remaining sugar, orange and lemon rinds, and any remaining Craisins; sprinkle over the risen rolls.
- Bake immediately for 25 minutes or until the center is done.
- Combine powdered sugar and lemon juice; drizzle over rolls.
- Note: My rolls will sometimes spill over my pan, making a bit of a mess in my oven. To prevent this, place a baking sheet or aluminum foil underneath to catch any spills.
