Chocolate Peppermint Creams

  1. Preheat oven to 350u0b0.
  2. Sift together the flour, soda and salt. Heat brown sugar, butter and water.
  3. Add morsels and stir to melt.
  4. Beat in eggs.
  5. Stir in flour and mix well.
  6. Drop by heaping teaspoonful onto cookie sheet lined with greased, super-strength Alcoa wrap (aluminum).
  7. Bake at 350u0b0 for 8 to 10 minutes and cool. Makes 8 dozen sandwiches.
