Apple & Pecan Spice Cake In A Jar
- 3/4 cups All-purpose Flour
- 1/8 teaspoons Baking Powder
- 1/2 teaspoons Baking Soda
- 1/2 cups Sugar
- 1/2 teaspoons Ground Cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoons Salt
- 1/4 cups Melted Butter
- 1 whole Egg, Beaten
- 1/4 cups 1% Milk
- 1/2 cups Chopped Apples
- 1/2 cups Chopped Pecans
- 1 jar Mason Jar
- Mix the flour, baking powder, baking soda, sugar, cinnamon and salt in a bowl.
- In a small bowl, mix melted butter and eggs together.
- Pour the wet ingredients into the dry. After that, add the 1/4 cup of milk and stir well again.
- Finally, add the chopped apples and pecans (or any other ingredient you choose) and mix well.
- Spray the mason jar well and fill the batter into the jar.
- Place on a cookie sheet and bake at 350 degrees F for about 25-30 minutes.
- Let cool before serving (or sending)!
