Jane'S Goulash

  1. Brown meat and drain off excess fat.
  2. Add onions, celery and pepper
  3. and
  4. cook
  5. about
  6. 5 minutes or until browned.
  7. Add mushrooms,
  8. cheese and eggs and stir to mix well.
  9. Add salt and pepper to taste.
  10. Simmer 5 minutes.
  11. Add tomato sauce and small amount
  12. of
  13. water;
  14. cover
  15. and
  16. simmer
  17. on low heat for 1 hour. Serve over rice or spaghetti with garlic bread and salad.
  18. This has been my children's favorite meal through the years.
