Pepper Steak With Rice

  1. Sprinkle meat with paprika.
  2. Let stand for 5 minutes.
  3. In large skillet or pan, brown meat in butter.
  4. Add garlic, broth and cooking sherry.
  5. Cover and simmer for 30 minutes.
  6. Stir in onion and green peppers.
  7. Cover and cook for 5 minutes.
  8. Blend cornstarch, water and soy sauce.
  9. Stir into meat mixture.
  10. Cook until thick.
  11. Serve with rice and top with tomatoes.
